Perpetual Care

As a minister I am often called on to help people in times of grief. They frequently need comfort and direction in what they need to do now for the loved one they have just lost. They want to make sure that they do all they can to make sure the deceased is properly cared for and honored.

In such times, it is not easy to make the best possible decision. In such situations, the funeral message I will render is just the beginning of the services they need. I have long admired those who offer their services in such emotional settings. I know there is a business side to the funeral industry, and I do not begrudge those who make a decent living by providing for the needs of others. But I do not like it when those with mercenary hearts come into such situations and take advantage of those in grief.

That is why I am happy when reputable providers like GravesiteMasters.com are selected to provide Cemetery, Funeral, & Sympathy Flowers services, as well as longer term care for the gravesites. They will polish head stones, keep flowers tended and the lawns properly seeded. And they will do so without taking advantage of those in grief.

Car Loans

One of the biggest purchases most of us ever make is of an automobile. We want to get the best interest rate possible and the payment to be affordable. Those that have poor credit have a more difficult time even getting a Car Loan, much less getting the best rate. There is a new online car loan service that is available all across the country, especially focussing on those who have bad credit ratings. The name of the service is BasicCarLoan.com. They have an attractive and easy to navigate web site, worth a look if you are in the market for a car loan.

Beauty Icon

My wife and daughters are sitting across the room talking and complaining about their make up and skin care products. I am sitting here with my laptop, so I typed in Natural Skin Care. I found the Beauty Icon web site, where high end beauty products are sold. The site looks elegant and seems easy to navigate.

I wonder if I dare tell the girls that they should check out the site.

Math Tutors

I have a next door neighbor that is thirteen and quite a baseball player. He will be an excellent high school player and may have potential for college ball or even a professional career. But he will have to improve his math grades before that becomes a real possibility. He thinks math is only good for figuring batting averages. Score Learning Centers have Math Tutors that can help him not only learn math, but help him learn to love learning. That will set the young man on a positive course for life.

Laptop Batteries

I recently upgraded my laptop computer from Toshiba to a Macintosh. In order to be as mobile and able to do continuous work as I wanted, I want to get a backup battery for my Mac. I was pleased to find that All Bats.com carries laptop batteries not only for PCs and, but also for Macs. In this way when I get overseas and far from a source of electricity to recharge my battery, I won’t have to put my computer away, not just pop them a spare battery. All Bats also offers batteries for cell phones, mp3 players and even dog collars! One stop battery shopping!

Lap Band

I have this friend who is seriously overweight and does not like foods that are healthy and are always recommended for diets. My friend is considering lap band surgery to allow him to control the intake of food. Lap band appeals to my friend in that it is done laproscopically and is completely reversible. My friend lives in South Texas and would want a good Houston Lap band surgeon. Dr Richard Collier is the foremost In the Greater Houston Area. i will tell my friend!

HEATERS

It is getting close to the time when cold weather will hit. We are beginning to think about our dog’s protection from the cold. He is an outside dog, and we do not want to change that. But we are thinking that the way to solve the problem is to let him in the garage. But we have no heater in the garage either. So we have been looking into getting one of those propane ventless garage heaters that are sold by Desatech.com. They have one that is a wall mount, 20 thousand BTU, enough to heat the whole garage. It is easy to install as no venting is required, though I will definitely have a professional do my installation. It has an electronic Ignition to make lighting easy, no matches are necessary.

Buck will be warm and safe for the winter this year!

Las Vegas

Las Vegas, Nevada is well know as “Sin City” for all the gambling and reveling that takes place there. That is the image that is projected in the movies and in commercials that are designed to draw tourism to the vicinity. But a closer check will find that Las Vegas is a very attractive city in which to live a quiet life. There are great schools and places to shop. The weather is always warm and sunny. There are wonderful neighborhoods that would be a nice place to call home.

Any one wanting assistance in searching for one of these Las Vegas homes can contact Million Saver.com. You can take advantage of their expertise at no cost to yourself!
