There are so many advertisements on radio and television for weight loss. It must be a huge industry in our country today. I am one of those who need to loose weight, and am not prone to eating the right kinds of foods to do so. I grew up not liking arithmetic and math classes. I made good enough grades because I had teachers who cared enough to help me. But I did not enjoy numbers.
